Great location for us and very clean Positive: The location as we were visiting our daughter who lives in Hartwell. Negative: Nothing as it was all good

Positive: I had a nice stay in that lovely place

Worth the cost. Value for the money. Positive: Nice compact self catering room. Parking. WiFi. Everything needed for my business trip. Negative: The room could get rather cold until after a while the heating system warmed up. The person next door was quite noisy.

Comfy and clean. Positive: It had a fully functional kitchen with everything you needed. The room was clean and smelt nice. The bed was comfy. The TV was HD, the bathroom was also very clean and smelt good. They even left a small tube of toothpaste in the bathroom and shower gel, so, that was lovely. I loved the rugs on the floor and the blanket over the bed too. I liked the fact it had a lovely, clean, working fridge freezer too. The only reason I marked them down a mark on cleanliness was because there were a few cobwebs left hanging around and a dead spider hanging off the wall! LOL! Other than that, it was great. Negative: The location is a little out of the way, and I had trouble finding somewhere to eat. There is a BBQ place within walking distance, but it was closed (probably because of the time of the year). The heating also did not work well, so I was cold. They have explained there was a small issue with it that could have been resolved had I called them. I didn't, so that was my mistake.
